Our Story

UNH

A senior at the University of New Hampshire, Connor Roelke constructed a prototype nitro kegerator, combining his passion for home-brew and love of coffee.

Connor placed 1st in his category, 3rd overall in the UNH Holloway Prize competition. He quit his day job, and by year’s end, NOBL landed it’s first 10 accounts and made the move to Newmarket, NH.

Nobl Keg Delivery

2016

NOBL quickly outgrew it’s Newmarket home. When storage ran out, friends and family housed kegerators. At the end of 2016, NOBL had expanded to all New England states with 82 accounts & 5 employees.

Nitro Cold Brew Can Mountain

2017

In May, NOBL found a new home in Exeter, NH. Brewing capacity increased to 1,250 gallons a day. The first nitro coffee cans and nitro hot taps were released. At the end of 2017, NOBL had 253 accounts & 11 employees.

Nitro tea was first introduced, brewing capacity increased to 5,000 gallons a day and distribution expanded using 3 full-time vehicles. Today, NOBL has upwards of 500 accounts and 19 employees.

Nobl Latte cans

NOBL Coffee became NOBL Beverages! Four new cold brew tea flavors were introduced along with four latte blends and a seasonal limited release line. NOBL began the move to a new facility in Seabrook, NH with a brewing capacity of 9,000 gallons a day and grew to 28 employees.

2020

NOBL moved into their new 30,000 square foot facility right as Covid hit the nation. We diversified our business with an online store as well as increased co-packing for other brands. We launched some products that benefited our community and causes we believe in. We are so grateful for all of customers support through this year!

Summer Releases

2021

We Launched our Beverages Labs Series that included the Midnight Mocha Latte, Dirty Chai Latte, and Hibiscus Lavender. This series will include new beverages that push the limits of innovation and freshness. They will all be short runs and available for a limited time.

2022

In 2022 we expanded our coffee and tea offerings and made large facility improvements, but the highlight of our year was making a WTR4 Hurricane Ian can. With the help of many customers, we had the opportunity to send a truck with 20,000 cans of water to help those affected by the devastating hurricane in Florida. We partnered with Captains for Clean Water who distributed them to people who had lost often their homes and had no access to clean running water. It was truly an honor to help and made our year.
